Director of HR, Organization & Education

I am very honored and proud that we experienced twists and turns in 2020 but finally came through these difficulties. The challenging situations did not discourage the spirits of ATD and ATJ colleagues.

Thanks to the hard work, we win this certification. It means a lot for us, because it affirms the hard work of HR department together with other colleagues in the company, and also your unconquerable spirit.

Competing with other outstanding companies in China, we can review our strengths and missing points more objectively, then making timely improvements in the following year. This also enables our company to better adapt to the ever-changing and complex business environment and maintain the advantages of corporate management.

In the future, we will meet the market trend, bring forth new ideas, make bold changes and innovations, and better promote the sharing service center and HR digitalization work.

Let’s join hand in making a brighter future!

Top Employer Certification Project Manager

VWATJ has been successfully certified as Top Employer in China for consecutively 6 years. As the responsible person of this program, I deeply experienced how hard it is to maintaining this honor.

The yearly HR Best Practices Survey is like a big exam not only for the HR, Organization & Education department but also for the whole VWATJ. Especially in recent years, following the changes in global business models and corporate management methods, the survey has also been kept updated accordingly. The survey focus has also gradually expanded from traditional HR best practices to macro-fields, such as Digitalization, Values and Culture, Change Management etc. This is both a challenge and a valuable opportunity for us to learn and improve.

At the same time, through benchmarking with other outstanding companies in China, we can review our strengths and missing points more objectively, then make timely adjustments and optimizations in the following year. This also enables our company to continuously adapt to the ever-changing and complex business environment and maintain the advantages of corporate management.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank every HR colleague for their contribution in this project, and also thank the Administration Department, Labor Union and other BUs for their strong support. “We” not “me”!
