Mass Production of ICS AFC Project 埃诺威AFC项目量产

On Nov. 2^nd, the mass production ceremony of Innovative Charging Solutions (Suzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“ICS”) Autonomous Flexible Charging (“AFC”) project was held in Suzhou Wuzhong Development Zone. ICS is a joint venture company invested by Volkswagen and Dupu (Suzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The project is mainly engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of new-energy vehicle charging facilities. It is the first project of Volkswagen Group to settle in Suzhou, and is also an important part of Volkswagen Group’s new energy strategy and an important step of its implementation.

At the ceremony, Mr. Ding Lixin, Secretary of Wuzhong District Party Committee, Mr. Xu Jiming, member of the Standing Committee of Wuzhong District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Development Zone and deputy Director of the management Committee; Mr. Frank Engel, Executive Vice President of Volkswagen Group (China), Mr. Heiko Knatz, Technical General Manager of Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Mr. Kang Yong, Vice Chairman of ICS, Tan Mu, Director and CEO of ICS, Christoffersen, CFO of ICS attended the event. They jointly launched the start of ICS AFC project mass production. Mr. Frank Engel and Mr. Mark Moeller, Chairman of ICS, and Mr. Joerg Fenstermann, Director of ICS, delivered a speech or video to congratulate ICS of this mass production of AFC project.

This is the mass production of the world’s first AFC mobile energy storage charging pile. It will lead to great influence to ICS, to the development of Volkswagen Group’s new energy strategy and the industry as well in the coming years.

11月2日，埃诺威灵活储能式充电桩项目（以下简称“AFC”）量产仪式在吴中开发区举行。埃诺威（苏州）新能源科技有限公司（以下简称“埃诺威”）由大众（中国）投资有限公司与度普（苏州）新能源科技有限公司合资成立。项目主要进行新能源汽车充电设施系列产品的研发、制造。此项目为大众汽车集团落户苏州的首个项目，也是大众汽车集团新能源电动化战略的重要组成部分和战略实施的重要环节。

在量产仪式上，吴中区委书记丁立新先生，区委常委、开发区党工委副书记、管委会副主任徐积明先生；大众汽车集团（中国）执行副总裁 Frank Engel 先生，大众汽车自动变速器（天津）有限公司技术总经理 Heiko Knatz 先生，埃诺威公司副董事长康永先生，埃诺威公司董事兼CEO谭木先生，埃诺威公司CFO Christoffersen 先生等出席了活动，并共同启动埃诺威AFC项目量产。Frank Engel 先生及埃诺威公司董事长 Mark Moeller 先生，埃诺威公司董事 Joerg Fenstermann 先生通过现场致辞或视频向埃诺威AFC项目正式量产表示祝贺。

这是全球首款AFC可移动储能式充电桩的量产，将在未来几年时间给埃诺威ICS，给大众集团新能源电动化战略的推行及行业带来巨大影响。
