2. How should I prepare for an interview?

3. Will Volkswagen cover travel cost which may arise for a face to face interview in Tianjin?
After you passed the phone interview, our HR Business Partner will contact you to arrange a face to face interview. Depending on your location, we could either reimburse the cost for travelling or alternatively arrange a video-conference in case an on-site interview is not feasible. Your contact person from the HR department will notify you in advance.
4. What kind of training is available for me when starting at Volkswagen Automatic Transmission Tianjin? What kind of training exists?
During the first two days new colleagues receive a thorough introduction to our company’s general working standards. After this training, the individual business units take over the induction, as they are in the best situation to assess the demands and requirements.
5. Do I have the opportunity to work at other locations within the Volkswagen Group?
